I am the race director and founder of the Kids Who Tri Succeed Triathlon (kidswhotrisucceed.com), which was an exciting kids’ triathlon that ran for 16 years. I also co-founded, co-lead and coach a 16-year-old running club (Valley Runners). I now organize running races, including the upcoming Fit For a Lifetime Choose your Race on April 27 and the Conquering Challenges 5k.

I have a master’s in psychology and am a mother of three. I have been coaching runners and triathletes for 19 years, and have been a certified  USA Triathlon coach since 2011.

I use my formal coaching training and my extensive experience as an athlete and coach to guide and encourage others in successfully achieving their fitness goals.
